W. Bryan Hendrix serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Citizens Bank of Georgia and of First Citizens Financial Corporation. He previously served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of NBOG Bancorporation (NBOG), Inc, and of The National Bank of Gainesville, in Gainesville, Georgia from October 2004 until February 2007. In addition, he served as the Acting Principal Executive Officer of NBOG and Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank during the interim period of September 2005 until October 2006.  He also previously served as First Vice President and Controller of Gainesville Bank & Trust in Gainesville, Georgia from 1996 until 2004; and as Vice-President and Audit Manager of First National Bancorp, Inc. in Gainesville, Georgia from 1984 to 1996.

He obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in September 1993 as well as his Certified Bank Auditor (CBA) designation in August 1987. Bryan is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPS). He is currently serving as a Director on the local Dawson County United Way Board.
